1.Tanyang Gongfu is made from green tea, but the variety is black tea. Tanyang time can not be brewed at high temperature, otherwise the taste of the tea soup will be lost. The water temperature is preferably 85 to 95 ° C.

 

2.Tanyang Gongfu can be brewed many times. The ratio of tea to water is about 1:40 or 1:60, and it can brew 6~10 bubbles. The first bubble is one second, the second bubble is two seconds, and the fourth bubble time can be slightly longer.

 

3. When brewing Tanyang Gongfu, if you want to add dairy products, it is best to put tea in a tea bag or put it into a strainer. It is not possible to mix it with fruit for a long time.
